South Valley Mother Pleads Not Guilty In Charges Related To Toddler's Death

A South Valley mother, whose toddler died just five months ago, plead not guilty Wednesday in connection with{}the child's{}death.

Nicole Lee is facing four charges including child endangerment with a special allegation of willful harm or injury resulting in death, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Lee{}entered her{}plea at the Tulare County Pre-Trial Facility.

Lee's daughter, Natalynn Miller was found unresponsive and not breathing on March 28, 2009 at the Visalia apartment where she lived with her mother and mother's boyfriend, Ryan Jones.

Jones remains in custody, after he was charged with one count of murder and one count of child abuse after an autopsy report revealed the little girl died of blunt force trauma to her head and body.{}
